How long will the driver wait for me?

For airport arrivals the first 60 minutes after landing are free (flight delays are always free because we track your flight). At a cruise terminal the first 30 minutes are free, and for other pickups 15 minutes. After that, waiting is £25 an hour, charged only for the minutes actually waited.

Is meet and greet available?

Yes, and it is free. Ask for meet & greet when you book: your driver meets you inside the terminal with a name board and helps with your luggage to the car.

How can I pay?

Pay online by card (UK and international Visa, Mastercard and Amex) or pay the driver in cash on the day. Card payments carry a small processing fee, shown before you pay: 1.5% + 20p for UK cards and 3.5% + 20p for cards issued abroad. Cash has no fee, and the fare itself is the same.

Are your drivers licensed and checked?

Yes. Every driver is council-licensed for private hire and DBS-checked, and every journey is fully insured.

Do you have larger vehicles for groups and luggage?

Yes. Alongside saloons and executive cars we run a people carrier (MPV) for up to 7 passengers with 5 large cases, and an 8-seater minibus for up to 8 passengers with 8 large cases. Cabin bags and backpacks travel as well.

Can I book child seats?

Child seats and booster seats are available on request. The first seat is free; each additional seat is £10. Tell us each child's age when booking.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancel free of charge 24 hours or more before pickup and everything you paid is refunded, usually within 5 working days. Within 24 hours of pickup, 25% of the fare is charged and the rest refunded. You can change or cancel online from the "Manage my booking" link in your confirmation email.
